On February 14, 1997, the suspect shot a man during a card game at 14800 Roscoe Boulevard in Van Nuys. The suspect then threw the victim out of a second story window. The suspect's parents live in the 8900 block of Greenbush Avenue in Van Nuys Area. He is an undocumented alien from Mexico and has in the past crossed the border into Texas.
