Jose Francisco Ventura
On October 18, 1992, Jose Ventura attended a party given for the victim, Norma Ramos, his ex-girlfriend. During the party, the suspect asked to speak with the victim and she refused. The suspect drew a .38 caliber revolver and fired three times at the victim, striking her twice. Ventura fled the area in a 1987 Hyundai (in custody).
