Bio: Ofcr Cullins was on military leave assigned
to the 1st Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company, 1st Marine
Logistics Group, Marine Expeditionary Force. His unit was
responsible for going out and dismantling or detonating IED's. In
the first 10 months of 2010 132 Marines had been killed in
Afghanistan and 18 killed in October alone. Despite this Ofcr
Cullins went out to accomplish his mission every day. Ofcr Cullins
had been called out to investigate a previous IED blast when he was
killed by a secondary device at that location.
