Bio: Policeman Muller was shot and killed by a
bootlegging suspect at the intersection of 11th Street and Flower
Street. He had called headquarters approximately 30 minutes before
the shooting and advised them he had a bootlegging suspect under
surveillance.
Policeman Muller had served with the agency for 10 years. He was
survived by his wife.
